·Her yoga story
She discovered yoga as a literature and language university student in the UK, drawn in first by the effects it had on the mind. The quiet it offered. The steadiness it built. Over the years, the practice deepened. The postures became a doorway to something less visible: a more truthful relationship to herself, and a greater capacity for joy, stillness, and presence.
When she moved to Nice in 2019, she was looking for a community with whom she could practice and connect in English in an honest and simple way. When she couldn't find it, she started building it.
·Philosophy and values
Hridaya
The spiritual heart. Every class begins and ends there: in compassion, in kindness, in truth. The postures are a path, not a destination.
Ahimsa
Ahimsa — towards students; towards the community, towards oneself. Nobody comes to be fixed. Everybody is welcome exactly as they are.

·What to expect in a class
Every class follows a careful sequence: asana, pranayama, meditation, designed to balance and restore. But more than the structure, what you will feel is the atmosphere. There is no performance here, no competition, no judgement. Just a space to move, to breathe, and to feel a little more like yourself.
Classes are taught in English and open to all levels. You don't need to have practiced before.
